Halong Bay
Located in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. Standing on the edge of Halong City. 4 Floating Fisherman's Villages - All of them are fishermen. There are over a thousand limestone islands of various shapes. Most of them are steep-sided mountains. The islands are standing tall in the ocean. It is believed that they were created 500 million years ago. Tuan Cha and Cat Bai are the largest islands in the area. There are beaches and hotels.
Another attraction is the large caves inside its mountainous islands. Hanging limestone pillars inside the cave due to seepage of water and pillars protruding from the soil add to the beauty of the cave. Grotte de Marvels and Grotte de Paradise are the largest caves here. They are about the size of a football field. Kissing Chicken Rock and Kuaven Floating Village are major tourist attractions.

The Saigon Hotel here is very attractive, the Vine Pearl is the most luxurious resort. Halong Bay is a must-try overnight cruise. Its fun is different. Halong City is 155 kilometers away from the capital Hanoi. It takes about 3 hours to go by bus. The bus stops for 20/30 minutes en route.
T Top Island
About 14 km east of Bai Chai is T Top Island. A crescent shape surrounds the island. It is small but wins kudos for its calm and breezy environment, its clear water and also the alluring scenery. In 1962, President Ho Chi Minh and Russian astronaut Germany T Top visited this beach. Hence it is named after the Russian cosmonaut. Today, T Top Island has become a popular tourist destination.
Kua Van Floating Village
Halong Bay is the largest fishing village located in Hung Thang Commune of Halong City. Approximately 180 families live here. Their main occupation is fishing. Kua Van Floating Village has a total population of 733 people and they all live in floating houses.
Hanoi City
